Spin Digital at Sunny Side of the Doc 2017

Spin Digital will participate at the Sunny Side of the Doc 2017, an industry-leading international marketplace dedicated to documentary and specialist factual across all platforms, that will take place at the Espace Encan in La Rochelle (France) from June 19th to 22nd 2017.

Berlin, June 12, 2017 — As part of the 2017 program at Sunny Side of the Doc, the DDD60 project is sponsoring a workshop conducted by Mauricio Alvarez-Mesa, CEO of Spin Digital Video Technologies, to present the technical objectives, current status of the project, as well as a practical demonstration of video compression tools for high quality 360° video.

The workshop titled DDD60 Project: “Next Generation High Quality VR” will he held on Tuesday June 20th from 3:00 to 4:00 pm at the Meeting Room in Espace Encan.

Sunny Side of the Doc and DDD60

Sunny Side of the Doc is part of the DDD60 consortium of European film festivals/markets and technology organisations including – reelport, Spin Digital, the Marché du Film – Festival de Cannes, Tampere Film Festival, and Sheffield Doc/Fest – that collaborate on a joint venture designed to significantly enhance the end users’ virtual reality online experience.
